Definition
The lunar-coverage portion of a global lunar navigation and communication constellation. Deployed on stable halo orbits about L1 and L2, the segment distributes satellites so that at least four are visible from every point on the lunar surface with GDOP at or below 25. A 20-satellite design provides continuous PNT service to approximately 98% of lunar users.
