Definition
An orbit correction approach using sustained, low-magnitude thrust. Unlike impulsive high-thrust maneuvers, low-thrust is applied continuously within each control interval at magnitudes far smaller than the spacecraft weight, suited for long-duration station-keeping near collinear libration points. The paper demonstrates that for a third-order Halo orbit at the Sun-Earth-Moon L2 point, control every 1.8 days over 10 years requires a total ΔV of approximately 1132 m/s.
