Definition

A third-party user model introduced in this paper, representing a spacecraft that needs to use an SDA architecture to accomplish its own mission (e.g., transferring to L1/L2). Given full knowledge of the architecture layout, the CA generates optimal transfer trajectories by minimizing its own propellant consumption (delta-v) while maximizing its detectability by the architecture.
