Definition
An inertial coordinate system centered at the Moon. In this paper, the XY plane is defined as the lunar orbital plane with the X-axis aligned to the Earth-Moon line at the initial epoch. This non-rotating frame is used to describe the state of libration point orbits in the selenocentric reference.
