Definition
A technique for correcting time and space metric deviations caused by general relativity in high-precision navigation and orbit determination. In cislunar inter-satellite ranging for autonomous orbit determination, because signal propagation paths traverse regions of different gravitational potentials, special and general relativistic effects (gravitational time delay, Sagnac effect, etc.) introduce systematic ranging biases. The paper indicates that incorporating relativistic corrections is a necessary condition for achieving millimeter-level inter-satellite ranging accuracy and high-precision autonomous orbit determination at libration points.
