Definition
The direct gravitational acceleration of a third body (e.g., the Sun) on a spacecraft. In the Earth-Moon libration point navigation dynamics model, the difference between the Sun's gravitational acceleration on the spacecraft and its gravitational acceleration on the Earth-Moon barycenter constitutes the direct solar gravitational perturbation term.
