Definition
Lunar regions at high absolute latitude (typically near the poles), where traditional near-circular lunar orbit coverage is weakest and positioning accuracy is poorest. NRHO orbits, due to their large out-of-plane amplitude, provide superior coverage of these regions compared to Halo orbits and near-circular lunar orbits.
