Definition
Dust clouds concentrated near the triangular Lagrange points (L4, L5) of the Earth-Moon system, first reported by Polish astronomer Kordylewski in 1961. These clouds form low-density structures maintained by gravitational equilibrium and constitute an important component of the natural cislunar debris environment.
