Definition

The direction of spacecraft motion near perilune relative to the Moon in the Earth-Moon rotating frame. Clockwise is retrograde, counterclockwise is prograde. Retrograde flybys consume significantly less impulse than prograde flybys and are preferred for DRO transfers.
