A rotating coordinate frame centered at the Sun-Earth-Moon barycenter with the x-axis pointing toward the B1 point (approximately the Sun-Earth L1 direction), rotating with the Sun-Earth-Moon synodic motion. Used for analyzing solar gravitational perturbation.
