Definition
The velocity increment required at the junction where two restricted three-body problems are coupled. Because the manifolds from the two independently solved RTBPs match in position but not in velocity on the Poincaré section, the coupling maneuver bridges this discontinuity. Typical values range from hundreds to around 100 m/s, further reducible via refinement.
