Definition
A numerical method that transforms a nonlinear two-point boundary value problem into a series of iteratively solved linear TPBVPs. At each iteration, the dynamics are linearized about the current solution, converting the problem into a set of linear equations that progressively converge to the nonlinear solution. It offers superior convergence compared to traditional differential correction and is suitable for onboard autonomous guidance.
