Definition
The lower bound of velocity increment calculated from the difference in Jacobi constants between two orbits. Expressed using the velocities at perilune and the Jacobi constant difference, it provides the energy floor for any transfer. In the paper, PRM total delta-V (365 m/s) is closer to the theoretical minimum (279.2 m/s) than LFM (459.6 m/s).
Application Value
This concept is applicable in cislunar space mission design, orbit optimization, and trajectory planning for spacecraft transfers and maneuver strategies.
