Definition
A general-relativistic effect in which the gravitational field of a massive body bends the propagation path of an electromagnetic signal, causing the actual travel distance to exceed the straight-line distance. In cislunar one-way ranging modeling, corrections for gravitational deflection by the Sun, Earth, Moon, and other bodies must be included.
