Definition
A differential correction method that treats flight time as a free variable, iterating it together with the initial state to solve for orbits satisfying constraints such as periodicity. Compared to fixed-time targeting, it has a larger convergence domain and is suitable for rapidly generating periodic orbit families from initial guesses. This paper uses the method to systematically compute halo and vertical orbit families near L1 and L2 points.
