Definition
A transfer trajectory from a lunar orbit to a libration point Halo orbit that requires no velocity impulse at the injection point. This occurs when the minimum selenocentric distance of the natural invariant manifold exactly equals the target lunar orbit radius. Typically, at most two phase points on a full Halo orbit admit zero-cost transfer trajectories. They are the limiting case of two-impulse transfers where both impulses vanish.
