Definition
A characteristic dimension parameter of a DRO, describing the maximum extension of the orbit perpendicular to the Earth-Moon line. In the paper, DRO semiminor axes range from 1.55×10⁶ to 30×10⁶ km; it is the core parameter for characterizing DRO size and comparing transfer costs to different DROs. The semiminor axis determines both the required total velocity increment and transfer time to reach the DRO.
