Definition
The angle between the lunar orbital plane (ecliptic of the Moon's orbit) and Earth's equatorial plane, varying between 18.5 and 28.5 degrees. Seasonal variation in this angle changes the libration point satellite's height relative to the equatorial plane, affecting the elevation FOV demand. At maximum obliquity (28.5 degrees), the elevation FOV demand reaches 10.5 degrees.
