Definition
A non-inertial reference frame centered at the barycenter of two primary bodies and rotating with their line of connection. In this frame, the two primaries remain stationary, and Coriolis and centrifugal force terms appear in the CR3BP equations of motion. The paper computes manifolds in each moon's synodic frame and then transforms them to the Uranus-Oberon reference frame for tour construction.
