Definition
A coordinate system fixed to and rotating with the Moon. Its origin is at the Moon's center, the reference plane is the lunar equatorial plane, oxL lies along the intersection of the equatorial plane and the prime meridian, and oyL lies along the lunar rotation axis. This frame rotates relative to the inertial frame at the Moon's angular velocity with rotation angle gamma. The paper formulates the soft landing dynamics in this frame so that landing point position constraints (lunar surface coordinates) can be expressed directly as coordinate values, with terminal conditions being zero velocity at the target lunar surface point.
