Definition
A collection of transfer orbits satisfying the same dynamical symmetry and topological structure in restricted three-body or four-body models. These orbits are indexed by continuous parameters (such as velocity components at a Poincaré section), forming a subset of phase space. The paper identified at least 16 families of low-energy lunar trajectories with flybys, each differing significantly in departure time, transfer duration, velocity increment, and perilune altitude distribution.
Application Value
This orbital design method can be applied to transfer trajectory design, orbit keeping, and mission planning in cislunar space missions, improving spacecraft performance and mission flexibility.
