Definition
The property that for any two given states, there exists an admissible control that drives the system from the first to the second. This paper proves that the three-body problem is controllable on the submanifold X_μ^1 when the Jacobi constant is less than the value at the L1 Lagrange point.
Application Value
This concept provides fundamental support in cislunar space research and mission design. In practical applications, the appropriate analysis method should be selected based on specific mission scenarios and constraints.
