Definition
A libration point orbit maintenance method based on Floquet theory. It decomposes the state deviation into six Floquet modes corresponding to unstable, neutral, and stable components; impulse control eliminates only the exponentially growing unstable component while neglecting the remaining slowly varying ones. Maneuvers are triggered when the unstable component exceeds a threshold, with frequency inversely proportional to the threshold. Compared to nominal trajectory tracking, this method consumes less fuel and features long impulse intervals, making it suitable for deep-space missions sensitive to instrument disturbances.
