Definition
An observation scheme where multiple satellites alternate to maintain continuous target coverage. When one satellite in the three-satellite libration point system is in a sun-backlit blackout, at least one of the other two can continue observations. This relay mechanism enables 100% all-day GEO belt coverage over a 10-year period.
