Definition
A reference frame centered at the barycenter of the two primary bodies, co-rotating with the line connecting them. In the rotating frame, both primary bodies are fixed, libration points are stationary, and the equations of motion are time-periodic, making it the standard reference framework for studying the restricted three-body problem. The paper establishes the Sun-Earth system equations of motion in an Earth-centered rotating frame.
