Definition

A crewed space facility near the Earth-Moon L1 libration point. L1 lies between Earth and Moon, maintaining a fixed position relative to the Moon in the rotating frame, enabling lunar departure windows at all times. Continuous tracking is achievable via deep space stations and relay satellites.
