Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)
Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is an active microwave remote sensing technology that achieves high-resolution imaging in the azimuth direction by synthesizing an equivalent large-aperture antenna through the motion of the radar platform. SAR provides all-weather, day-and-night observation capability and is widely used in terrain mapping, ocean monitoring, and disaster assessment.
